IMAGE USE

Original images are not for sale or distribution. ”One time use” rules are in place for all images. ”First Time Rights” may be negotiated on all images. Copies may be leased on a monthly basis through written contractual agreements only. Lease rates are based on usage and circulation of the image by the user, or as otherwise arranged. Model and location releases will be provided whenever available. Photographs are available as digital files in pre-determined sizes only. No image may be used beyond the agreed date in a project. All terms are negotiable with the exception of original images. Originals are never for sale when they are a stock image, however original wedding and portrait images are negotiable.

PAYMENT METHODS

To keep things simple and safe, you can pay for sitting fees, prints & products via PayPal. They are both a recognized name and secure. If you don’t want to set up an account with them, you can also pay with a credit card; for this method you don’t need an account. Sorry, I do not accept personal checks. Sitting Fees must be paid prior to the day of the shooting.
